Server Rules & Code of Conduct

• Respect Others: No harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• No Griefing: Destroying or stealing builds/items is prohibited.
• No Cheating: No hacks, mods, or exploits that give unfair advantage.
• Keep Chat Clean: No spamming, advertising, or inappropriate language.
• Roleplay & Builds: Follow community standards and avoid offensive content.
• Staff Decisions: Respect and comply with admin/moderator instructions.
• Report Issues: Use Discord or in-game report system for rule breaches.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance: By joining envMC, you agree to these Terms and all rules herein.
2. Account: You are responsible for your Minecraft account and any activity under it.
3. Server Access: Access is provided "as is"; envMC may modify or discontinue service at any time.
4. Content: You retain ownership of your builds but grant envMC permission to backup and display them.
5. Liability: envMC is not liable for any loss of data, items, or account compromises.
6. Enforcement: Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
7. Changes: These Terms may be updated; continued play constitutes acceptance.

• IP Address: For security and anti-griefing measures.
• Chat Logs: Recorded for moderation and dispute resolution.

• Maintain server security and integrity.

We do not share personal data with third parties except:
